Here’s the proposed final edit of your podcast interview with the owners of Heyday Farm.
My apologies for such an extraordinary delay in finishing the edit, but (after a week away in Canada, and a number of projects that interrupted my attempts to get to editing this) I was able to do a lot to improve the flow of the guests’ stories – reducing a lot of ums and gaps – which overall reduced the podcast duration from 38 minutes to 30.
