Elizabeth describes the upcoming series of six classes beginning Tuesday, January 13th. The classes, which cover meditation and visualization, Qigong, EFT (psychological acupressure), acupressure, toning, and nutrition, are taught by experienced practitioners in their fields, all from Bainbridge Island.
